"We had 2 tours with Canal: lakes off-road and a mini tekking at Tierra del Fuego National Park. Both were great experiences. Staff were kind, helpfull and knowledgeable. We love the lakes off road because we had a chance to go to places that we can’t go by ourselves . And the mini trekking was very interesting because we had an history lesson. If you go to ushuaia don’t miss this Team. Thank for all!!"
"My daughter and I had a wonderful tour with Canal. Our guide Marine was personable, knowledgeable and attentive, keeping a watchful eye on our group during our hike. It’s an easy hike but conditions were slippery/muddy due to the wet weather. Marine quickly learned everyone’s name, introducing us to each other, and it was a friendly atmosphere. Beautiful scenery in the National Park, including a stop at the “End of the World”, the southernmost end of the Pan-American Highway (Route 3). The morning was capped off by a delicious hot lunch, with wine, served in Canal’s domed tent. Transportation to/from our hotel was provided. The tour was the perfect way to spend our time before departing on our Australis cruise later that afternoon. Before booking, I looked at other tours that included the train. I’m glad we opted to spend more time hiking in the park rather than looking at it through a window. Tip: the weather in Ushuaia can change quickly, best to wear layers including waterproof jacket/pants/boots."
"We booked a private half day tour of the Tierra del Fuego National Park with Canal Fun. We chose the company because I’d had such a great experience during a previous trip to Ushuaia in 2016, when I’d done the full day tour to Harberton (amazing and highly recommended). Our guide, Joaquin, met us at the quay and made the whole day easy, informative and fun. He adjusted the day’s schedule to take account of the initially poor weather (which rapidly brightened up), our interests and the needs of our party (which included my 74 year old father and 17 year old son). We saw the beautiful sites and wildlife within the National Park, had a very tasty lunch in the company’s domed dining facility (soup, chicken stew and cake with wine) and were then dropped back at our ship. I would fully recommend Canal Fun, this tour and our guide to anyone visiting Ushuaia."
"Guided by experts and nice people, we had an extraordinary experience in a day full of surprises in an exciting tour through wonderful landscapes. Food was excellent grilled also by the guides"

"Arranged a private tour because of limited time frame. Frasco was our guide. His knowledge of not only the Park but also the history of the area was outstanding. He readily answered all questions, was a great driver, and helped is to enjoy the area. I would strongly recommend Canal Fun to other visitors"
"We did the half-day Tierra del Fuego National Park Tour but didn't dos lunch but the nicely presented drinks while watching anMagellanic Woodpecker just yard away was perfect. It was the 6th Canal Fun Tour we had done having first come across the company 14 years ago. The tours were excellent then and when we needed an individually tailored tour in February, we contacted them again. Noting was too much trouble. Making the arrangements, the booking and payment were all a dream and Carlos in the office was just so helpful. And as for the tour itself, that was amazing. A trek through great scenery of Tierra del Fuego with one of their expert guides a great experience. Timing was perfect and also the arrangements for our baggage as we were in transit worked seamlessly. Full marks to everyone at Canal Fun. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would most certainly contact them again if I was in Ushuaia. "
"We were a very congenial group of 6, and Joaquin was our fantastic guide. What a talent n all directions including personality, knowledge, kindness... The lunch was great, the itinerary perfect, the pace of the hikes adjusted to the slowest among us. Worth every peso and thus highly recommended."
"We flew into Ushuaia the same day of our visit to Tierra del Fuego, so we thought we should choose a private tour. Our tour guides were very accommodating and resourceful. We were able to visit all the spots that we wanted to see and got answers to all of the questions we had. The lunch was a very nice and unique experience. The tour guides even booked our dinner reservation for the night. Very nice touch."
"We were guided by two different guides on two different trips. Both guides were outstanding and the trips were well organized, safe, informative and a ton of fun. This is a very professional well-run out fit. I would highly recommend them if you would like guided hiking in Ushuaia."
"Our guide Joaquin was a diamond and so was the driver. Really lovely and knowledgeable chap. We went early at 8am so no other tourists around The walks were manageable and with beautiful weather breathtaking The food was ok to finish trip off. My only grievance was that sat in the back of a Land Rover defender was not very comfortable and gave me back ache. If the ride had been better it would be 5/5. Luckily only a half day trip."
"We booked 3 trips with Canal Fun: National Park ( half day), Laguna Esmeralda trekking + beavers and Off road Lakes. They also helped us to reserve the Wlaking with Pinguins in Martillo Island with a third party company Pira tour, the only company that has permissions to get off on the island and allow you to walk with the Penguins. Our contact with Canal Fun was very easy. Carlos was very kind and patient in answering all our emails. Our guide Joaquim was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. He integrated the whole group, sent photos to our emails, and made everyone feel very comfortable. Eduardo was our off road driver and guide! Very special experience .He and Joaquim cooked us a great Christmas meal, parrilla Argentina, delicious beef and chorizo plus Fin del Mundo Malbec wine in a cabaña in the middle of the forest!! Canal Fun thank you very much for a wonderful time!!"

"Our guide picked us up promptly at our hotel at 8:30. We then drove to Tierra del Fuego National Park. We made several stops in the park, including Zaratiegui Bay, Arias Port at Lapataia Bay, and Acigami Lake. At each stop, we went on easy walks where the guide provided lots of information about the park and the wildlife. We had a delicious hot lunch and then returned to Ushuaia around 2 pm. Our guide was terrific-friendly and knowledgeable. Great tour."
